In case you experience the following problem within your Softphone in Salesforce after following all the integration steps, you will need to add two URLs as trusten in your Org.
Step 1: Navigate to the Salesforce Setup, and look for Trusted URLs
Step 2: Click on "New Trusted URL" and add the URL https://admin.getzero.co and the API Name as "PIQadmin"
Ensure all the CSP Directives are checked and click on "Save & New".
Step 3: Now we add the application URL https://app.getzero.co and the API Name as "PIQapp"
Remember to check all the CSP Directives, and click on "Save".
Now you should be able to use PhoneIQ on your Salesforce Org.
