CSV Based Call Lists allow users to quickly create and launch outbound calling campaigns by importing contact data from a CSV file. This eliminates the need to manually call each contact, saving time and effort.
CSV File Format & Requirements
To ensure successful uploads, your CSV file must include the following mandatory columns:
firstname
lastname
number
The order and column names must be respected for the CSV upload to work properly, you can download the file template here.
Create a Call List:
To create a CSV Call List, follow these steps:
Open the PhoneIQ app and go to the Call Lists section from the navigation panel.
Click on the Create Call List button.
Select Import by CSV.
Either:
Click the upload area to browse your files, or
Drag and drop your CSV file into the box.
Click on Save call list
Once the file is uploaded, the list will be created automatically. To start calling, you can follow the instructions in this article.
Tips & Best Practices
Use international phone formats (e.g., +1 for the U.S.).
Save your CSV in UTF-8 encoding to avoid character issues.
Double-check for typos in column headers.
