If you have forgotten your password or need to change it, there are a few options you could try.
"Forgot your password?" option
When you are prompted to enter your login credentials to enter your user's page, below, you will find an option to recover your password.
Once you click the link, a new page will be loaded asking for your email address. Once you click get password, you will receive a mail with the instructions to set your new password, similar to the one you got when your user was created.
Change your password
If you remember your current password but want to change it to a new one, you can
do this from your agent's setup.
Once logged in, click on the cogwheel your user's icon at the bottom-left corner.
There, go to Change password, and enter your current password, followed by the new one you want to set and the confirmation. You can click the eye icon if you want to see what you are typing.
Ask your admin
Admins have the option to reset all user's passwords from the admin page.
Go to the location where the user is located, click on the Users' view and search the user whose password you want to reset.
On the right side, click on the arrow, and select the change password option. There you can set the new password. Click save to confirm your change.
