Calling credits are used when team members make outbound calls or receive calls to toll-free numbers. Every account is created with $5 worth of credits so you can test the service.
Head to the admin dashboard > billing > calling credits.
Admins can quickly check their live calling credit balance and invoices are stored in one convenient place.
Adding calling credits and setting up automatic top-up to avoid service disruption
Click on Add calling credits,
Choose a pre-defined amount of calling credits or enter a custom amount.
To enable automatic top-up, check the "automatic account top-up" option at the bottom of the page, add a threshold, and automatic recharge amount.
Once you have entered the information, click Purchase to finish.
