How to grant PhoneIQ support access to your Salesforce org.

1. Log into your Salesforce account and in the upper-right corner click on your avatar and then click on "Settings".

2. Search for "Grant Account Login Access" on the left panel, search for "XentricLLC Support", select the number of days you want to give access to our support team from the drop-down, and click "Save". We recommend to provide access for at least 3 days.
