Users can choose between multiple incoming message notification sounds for their SMS and MMS messages. To change the notification sound, head to the settings section, select "Preferences" > "Notification Settings" and choose the sound you prefer. You can preview sounds using the "play" icon.

To enable SMS to email notifications head to the admin dashboard > settings > preferences and scroll down to "Notifications". You can enable SMS to email notifications using the checkbox.

2FA (Two Factor Authentication) codes will often be sent from Short Codes or Alphanumeric Sender IDs. Due to the limitations of these Sender IDs we cannot always guarantee the delivery of these incoming messages.
