In case you experience the following problem within your Softphone in Salesforce after following all the integration steps, you will need to add two URLs and an IP as trusted in your Org.
Step 1: Navigate to the Salesforce Setup, and look for Trusted URLs
Step 2: Click on "New Trusted URL" and add the URL https://admin.getzero.co and the API Name as "PIQadmin"
Ensure all the CSP Directives are checked and click on "Save & New".
Step 3: Now we add the application URL https://app.getzero.co and the API Name as "PIQapp"
Step 4: Add the following IP as a new Trusted URL - 74.235.100.124
Remember to check all the CSP Directives, and click on "Save".
Now you should be able to use PhoneIQ on your Salesforce Org.
