Salesforce Person Accounts store information about individual people by combining certain account and contact fields into a single record. They are usually used by companies in the B2C (Business to Consumer Space).
PhoneIQ has added support for Person Accounts, enabling customers with this particular setup in Salesforce to fully leverage next-generation CTI & contact center software within their CRM.

Note that once Person Account support is enabled in PhoneIQ, the only way to roll back the settings is to delete the Salesforce integration and create it again. 

Step 1:

Complete the PhoneIQ - Salesforce Integration. 

Step 2:

Head to the admin dashboard > settings > company settings and check the option "Enable Salesforce Person Account".

Step 3:

Once enabled we recommend setting up PhoneIQ - Salesforce Contact Sync. The contact sync field mapping studio will offer the option to select how fields are synced between both services.
