When you are on an active call you will notice on the right panel of the CTI a set of buttons under the name 'Actions', these are the 'In Call Actions', each action can be used in combination with Salesforce in order to increase the productivity of your team. In this guide, we will cover the 'Create Event' action and its functionalities.

This functionality allows you to schedule an event like a meeting while you are on the call. Once is saved it can be found in Salesforce related to the contact.

Step 1: While being on an active call, click on the ‘Create event’ button.

Step 2: A window will open to the right side of the call, fill out the details of the meeting and click ‘Save changes’.

Step 3: In Salesforce, go to the contact and you will see the newly created event.
