Calling credits are used when team members make outbound calls or receive calls to toll-free numbers. Every account is created with $5 worth of credits so you can test the service.

Head to the admin dashboard > billing > calling credits.

Admins can quickly check their live calling credit balance and invoices are stored in one convenient place.

Adding calling credits and setting up automatic top-up to avoid service disruption

  1. Click on Add calling credits,

  2. Choose a pre-defined amount of calling credits or enter a custom amount.

  3. To enable automatic top-up, check the "automatic account top-up" option at the bottom of the page, add a threshold, and automatic recharge amount.

  4. Once you have entered the information, click Purchase to finish.
