This article will help you move from a PhoneIQ Free Trial account to a fully activated paid account.
Note: Before you start the activation process make sure you add a payment method to your account.
To start the activation process, click the button "Activate account" on the upper right corner of the Billing Summary.
Choose between the Standard, Premium or Enterprise plan and click "Next" to proceed.
Once you choose the plan, you'll need to select how many PhoneIQ licenses you want to purchase.
Note: You can't select a number lower than the current number of objects created in your Free Trial account. For instance, if you have 10 users with PhoneIQ Agent licenses, the minimum number of licenses you can purchase is 10. If you wish to purchase fewer licenses, please delete users and restart the activation process.
After the number of licenses is selected, click "Next" to proceed or "Back" to return to the plan selection view.
After you hit next, a new view will display the number of licenses for each product and their price. You can choose between Annual or Monthly billing.
Once ready, select "Activate account" to finish the activation process.
After the activation is completed, you'll be able to find your invoice under the Invoices tab. Select "View" to view invoice details or download receipt.
