Users can re-assign a phone call to a different contact, lead, person account, or account record that is synced to PhoneIQ.
To change the record to which the call will be assigned, click on the "magnifying glass" icon.
Once the search screen is presented, type at least three characters to search for a different contact, lead, account, or person account then click "Save". Once the call is finished, it will be logged to the chosen record.
