Messaging Credits are needed to send and receive SMS/MMS messages in PhoneIQ. Every account is created with $5 worth of credits so you can test the service. Admins can add additional credits and configure automatic top-up to ensure there is no service disruption.

Head to the admin dashboard > billing > messaging credits.

From here admins can quickly check their live messaging credit balance and invoices are stored in one convenient place.

Adding messaging credits and setting up automatic top-up to avoid service disruption

  1. Click on Add messaging credits,

  2. Choose a pre-defined amount of messaging credits or enter a custom amount.

  3. To enable automatic top-up, check the "automatic account top-up" option at the bottom of the page, add a threshold, and the automatic recharge amount.

  4. Once you have entered the information, click Purchase to finish.
