This feature is available on accounts on Premium and Enterprise plans.
Supervisors in PhoneIQ can access both the end-user apps and the administrator dashboard (but in a more limited fashion).
This new role has access to all agent features and adds some important administrator features such as access to Location Settings, Activity Logs, Stats Dashboard and Supervisor Console.
Supervisor Role can also be edited to grant fully customized features, more information about this option here.
