Setting up your Headset with PhoneIQ - Salesforce CTI

Click on the gear icon on the lower left corner.

Navigate to the "Media Devices" view within the Settings menu. Select the desired headset as the preferred audio device for both Input and Output. Once selected, the device will now be saved in your PhoneIQ settings.


Setting up your Headset with PhoneIQ - Desktop App

Click on the headset icon on the lower left corner of the desktop app.

Select the desired headset as the preferred audio device for both Input and Output. Once selected, the device will now be saved in your PhoneIQ settings.

Please keep in mind that if you are using your computer settings, PhoneIQ will use the device selected in the computer settings. If you select a specific device, PhoneIQ will ignore your computer settings and continue to use the selected device (when plugged in).
