With PhoneIQ you can select different devices on your PC to:

  1. Play the inbound call notification ringtone.

  2. Stream the audio output of a call.

E.g.: A user might want to play the inbound call notification through their computers' speakers so they can always listen to the inbound call ringing, whether they have the headset on or not, but once they answer the call they want the incoming audio to be played through their USD Headset.

To manage these settings follow the instructions below:

On the desktop app or Salesforce CTI, select the gear in the left bottom corner, and then go to Media Devices.

Once on media devices you'll be able to select the device to play the inbound call notification and you'll be able to manage your different media devices.
